Register For Continuing Education Course

**You will need to submit your FLASH application with the California Department of Insurance PRIOR to enrolling for your Continuing Education Courses**
Step 1:
Go to or click here and create an account.
Step 2:
Once you have created your account, go to the Home page, you should see a map of the US (see picture below), click the state you need to complete your Continuing Education courses for.
Step 3:

Once you have selected your state, scroll down till you see “select your license category” (see picture below), select the option “Life, Annuity, Long Term Care and Health Insurance CE”

Step 4:

Once you select your License Category, scroll ALL the way down to the bottom of the page, till you see the button “Get Unlimited online self-study Courses for $19.95”( see picture below). Click this button, and then click “check out”.

Step 5:
Complete checkout process, print your receipt and keep for your records.
